Returns
You may return most unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item purchased. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email info@pjandpup with the subject line "Return" and include your order number and a brief description of your request.
Exchanges
We offer free shipping for exchanges on orders shipped within the US.
Exchanges will have a prepaid label emailed within 48 hours.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund from the time you send the item back.
Shipment
All items will be shipped within 48 hours of order placed.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Any order placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will go out the following Monday. We also do not ship on major US holidays.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@pjandpup.com. We will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
If item has already been sent out you will not be reimbursed for rerouted shipping costs.

We do our best to provide as many details in each item description as possible.
